Summary:
As a Technology Architect, you will design and deliver technology architecture for a platform, product, or engagement. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to define solutions that meet performance, capability, and scalability needs. You will engage in discussions to ensure that the architecture aligns with business objectives and technical requirements, while also mentoring team members and guiding them through complex challenges. Your role will require you to stay updated with the latest technology trends and best practices to ensure that the solutions you propose are innovative and effective.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies to improve system performance and efficiency.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
- Strong understanding of web development principles and best practices.
- Experience with integrating Salesforce with other platforms and services.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
- Ability to design scalable and maintainable architecture solutions.

- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
