Summary:
As a Conversational AI Architect, you will be responsible for designing and delivering end-to-end conversational AI solutions for platforms, products, or client engagements. You will define scalable, high-performance architectures that leverage the latest advancements in natural language processing, speech, and generative AI, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical standards.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) in Conversational AI, with deep knowledge of dialogue systems, LLMs, and multi-modal AI.
- Influence and advise stakeholders on best practices and solution options.
- Lead and make key technical decisions for the Conversational AI team.
- Engage with multiple cross-functional teams and contribute to strategic technology choices.
- Provide solutions to complex problems that span multiple teams and domains.
- Lead architecture discussions and provide strategic guidance for conversational platforms.
- Collaborate with business and product stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical designs
- Develop and maintain technology roadmaps for conversational AI initiatives.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must Have: Expertise in Conversational AI, LLMs, and dialogue management frameworks.
- Strong understanding of NLP, NLU, speech recognition, and generative AI.
- Experience designing and implementing conversational AI strategies at scale.
- Knowledge of emerging technologies in the conversational AI and data/AI domain.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and AI services.
- Experience with data architecture, model integration, and deployment pipelines.

Additional Information:
- Minimum 15 years of experience in AI, with at least 5 years in Conversational AI.
- 15 years of full-time education required.
