Summary: As a Technology Consulting Practitioner, you will engage in high-impact activities throughout the systems development lifecycle. Your typical day will involve advising and leading teams, collaborating with various stakeholders, and providing strategic insights to enhance the IT function. You will be instrumental in driving projects forward, ensuring that best practices are followed, and that the solutions developed meet the needs of the organization and its clients. Your role will require a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering quality results in a dynamic environment. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Engage with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in OneStream Account Reconciliations. - Strong analytical skills to assess and improve reconciliation processes. - Experience with financial reporting and compliance standards. - Ability to work with large datasets and perform data analysis. - Familiarity with system integration and data migration techniques. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in OneStream Account Reconciliations. - This position is based at our Coimbatore office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
