Summary: As a Technology Delivery Lead, you will manage the delivery of large, complex technology projects using appropriate frameworks and collaborating with sponsors to manage scope and risk. You will drive profitability and continued success by managing service quality and cost and leading delivery. Proactively support sales through innovative solutions and delivery excellence. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME - Collaborate and manage the team to perform - Responsible for team decisions - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams - Lead project planning and execution - Ensure project milestones are met - Provide guidance and mentorship to team members - GTS Upgrade/Conversion from NW GTS 11.0 to SAP E4H 2023 edition - Custom Code Remediations for GTS upgrade Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Global Trade Services - Strong understanding of project management methodologies - Experience in managing large technology projects - Excellent communication and leadership skills - Knowledge of risk management and mitigation strategies Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in SAP Global Trade Services - This position is based at our Mumbai office - A 15 years full-time education is required
