Project Role : Technology Support EngineerProject Role Description : Resolve incidents and problems across multiple business system components and ensure operational stability. Create and implement Requests for Change (RFC) and update knowledge base articles to support effective troubleshooting. Collaborate with vendors and help service management teams with issue analysis and resolution.

Windows Platform Ops Job Description As Windows operations Engineer, you will support the operations and/or manage delivery for production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreement. You will ensure the smooth functioning of systems and provide timely support to resolve any issues that may arise. Your role will involve collaborating with various teams and stakeholders to ensure efficient operations and delivery. You will also contribute to the improvement of processes and systems to enhance overall performance and reliability.. Key Responsibility - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Ensure the smooth functioning of production systems and services. - Provide timely support to resolve any operational issues. - Collaborate with various teams and stakeholders to ensure efficient operations and delivery. - Contribute to the improvement of processes and systems to enhance overall performance and reliability. - Manage delivery for production systems based on operational requirements and service agreement. Technical Experience: Professional & Technical Skills: -Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Windows Operations , Nutanix ,VDI - Experience with system administration and troubleshooting. - Knowledge of security principles and best practices. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS. Professional Experience: • Good verbal and written communication skills to connect with customers at varying levels of the organization - Ability to operate independently and make decisions with little direct supervision - Flexible to work in 24/7 shift. • Comfort with collaboration, open communication and reaching across functional borders. • Intermediate in presentation and MS PowerPoint skills Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree (or geography equivalent)– Business or technology preferred Additional Information (if any)
