Job Description

We are looking for a Junior and Senior Tele Caller Executive (Female) to support our real estate project sales team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling inbound inquiries, explaining residential projects, and coordinating site visits with the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers from company leads
• Handle inbound calls related to real estate projects
• Explain project details such as location, pricing, amenities, and payment plans
• Understand customer requirements and qualify leads
• Schedule site visits for the sales executives
• Do regular follow-up calls to maintain customer interest
• Update customer information and call details in CRM system
• Meet daily calling targets and lead conversion goals
• Coordinate with sales team for feedback and follow-ups

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in real estate tele calling preferred
• Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi and local language
• Good convincing and customer-handling skills
• Basic knowledge of real estate projects (villas & apartments)
• Ability to work with targets and timelines
• Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office

Preferred Requirements

• Experience with real estate developers or channel partners
• Pleasant voice and professional telephone etiquette
• Ability to handle multiple calls efficiently
• Preferred: Female candidates (as per company requirement).
