Tele Sales Team Leader

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and motivate the telesales team to achieve sales targets.
• Monitor daily calling activity, productivity, and conversion metrics.
• Conduct regular coaching, feedback, and performance reviews for team members.
• Develop sales strategies and scripts to improve conversion rates.
• Handle escalations and support the team in closing high-value opportunities.
• Track team performance through MIS/reports and share updates with management.
• Ensure adherence to process, quality standards, and compliance guidelines.
• Coordinate with training and quality teams for continuous skill enhancement.
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, and training new telesales executives.
• Analyze sales data and identify improvement areas.

Required Skills / Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• 2–5 years of telesales experience with at least 1+ year in team handling.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Good understanding of sales KPIs and performance metrics.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Excel.
• Ability to work in a target-driven, fast-paced environment.
