Job Description:

We are hiring an enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle inbound and outbound calls, explain course details, follow up with leads, and support admissions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential students and inquiries
• Explain course offerings and benefits clearly and confidently
• Follow up on leads generated via social media, ads, and referrals
• Maintain accurate records of calls and follow-up status
• Schedule appointments and coordinate with the counseling team
• Handle basic front-office or reception tasks when required

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass or any degree
• Good communication skills in Tamil and basic English
• Prior telecalling or customer service experience preferred
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp, email handling)
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
