Telecaller

We are looking for an enthusiastic, confident, and self-motivated Telecaller to support our industrial sales team.

This role is critical in generating qualified leads, fixing factory appointments, and ensuring smooth coordination between customers and sales engineers.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to factories, manufacturing units, and industrial clients
• Introduce company products and services professionally
• Identify decision-makers and understand basic customer requirements
• Fix appointments for field Sales Engineers
• Follow up on quotations and pending enquiries
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in CRM / Excel
• Coordinate with the sales team for daily schedules and updates
