Telecaller

A telecaller acts as the direct link between a company and its customers, responsible for making outbound sales/marketing calls, handling inbound inquiries, generating leads, and resolving customer queries over the phone. They are responsible for promoting products, updating databases, maintaining, and meeting targets for sales, customer service, or telemarketing. 

Key Responsibilities

• Outbound/Inbound Calls: Proactively calling prospective customers to promote products/services and handling incoming calls to resolve issues.
• Lead Generation & Sales: Identifying potential sales opportunities, pitching product features/benefits, and closing deals.
• Customer Service: Addressing queries, providing solutions, and managing customer complaints with high satisfaction.
• Data Maintenance: Accurately updating customer databases, recording conversation details, and tracking interaction history in CRM systems.
• Script Adherence: Using, customizing, and delivering company-approved scripts to ensure consistent messaging.
