Telecaller

• Make outbound calls to potential candidates for insurance agent recruitment
• Explain job roles, benefits, and earning opportunities clearly
• Handle inbound calls and respond to candidate queries professionally
• Follow up with interested candidates on a regular basis
• Schedule interviews and training sessions for shortlisted candidates
• Maintain accurate call records, follow-up details, and daily reports
• Achieve daily and monthly calling and recruitment targets

During the 1-month training period, candidates will receive:

• Complete training on telecalling processes and insurance recruitment
• Product and process knowledge training
• Call script usage, communication skills, and objection-handling training
• Live call practice and system usage training
• Performance evaluation throughout the training period
• After successful completion of training, candidates will be eligible for Work From Home

Work From Home (Post Training):Work remotely by following company guidelines and processes

• Use company-approved calling methods and scripts
• Maintain daily login, call targets, and reporting
• Ensure stable internet connectivity and availability during working hours
• Performance-based incentives applicable
