Job Description
Make outbound calls to potential candidates for insurance agent positions. Explain the role, benefits, and earning opportunities of becoming an insurance agent. Handle inbound queries regarding agent recruitment. Generate leads and maintain an updated database of prospective candidates. Follow up with interested candidates and schedule interviews/training sessions. Meet daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead generation targets. Maintain call records and report to the team leader on progress.
