Telecaller

Key responsibilities

• Customer Outreach: Make outbound calls to promote two-wheeler service packages and special offers.
• Appointment Scheduling: Schedule service appointments for customers and ensure all details are correctly entered into the CRM system.
• Customer Support: Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide accurate information about products and services.
• Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and remind customers of upcoming appointments or promotions.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and updated customer records in the CRM system.
• Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets. 

Qualifications and skills

• Education: Minimum 12th pass or Graduate.
• Communication: Excellent communication skills in English and Tamil.
• Computer Skills: Basic computer knowledge and proficiency with CRM software are preferred.
• Experience: Previous telecalling or customer support experience is an advantage, but freshers may be considered depending on the role.
• Soft Skills: Persuasion skills, good listening skills, and a positive attitude are essential.
