Telecaller

Key Responsibilities:

1. Welcome Calls:

• Make welcome calls to new customers after account opening / service onboarding
• Provide basic information about company products and services
• Ensure customer details are correctly recorded and verified
• Build a positive first impression of the organization

2. Renewal Calls:

• Contact existing customers for renewal of deposits / services
• Explain benefits of renewal and new schemes (if any)
• Convince and convert customers for continued association
• Maintain follow-up records for pending renewals

3. Loan Reminder Calls:

• Call customers to remind them of upcoming / overdue loan payments
• Clearly communicate due dates, outstanding amounts, and penalties (if applicable)
• Handle customer queries related to repayment
• Escalate critical cases to concerned departments when required

Additional Responsibilities:

• Maintain call records and update CRM/system regularly
• Achieve daily/weekly call targets
• Ensure professional and polite communication at all times
• Coordinate with branch/team for customer issue resolution

Required Skills:

• Good communication skills (Tamil & basic English preferred)
• Convincing and negotiation skills
• Basic computer knowledge
• Ability to handle customer objections
