Telecaller

To manage and qualify incoming leads, engage potential customers through calls and digital communication, understand their property requirements, and schedule site visits for the Sales team. The Presales Executive acts as the first point of contact for customers and plays a vital role in converting leads into prospects.

• Handle and respond promptly to inbound inquiries from marketing campaigns, property portals, and digital ads.
• Qualify leads based on interest, budget, location preference, and timeline.
• Maintain and update the CRM database with accurate customer details and follow-up status.
• Contact potential customers via phone, WhatsApp, and email to share project information.
• Explain project details such as location, amenities, price range, payment plans, and USP of the property.
• Nurture leads through consistent follow-ups and build rapport to maintain engagement.
• Schedule and confirm site visits for qualified leads.
• Coordinate with Sales Executives and ensure seamless handover of leads for closure.
• Follow up post-visit to gather feedback and assist in decision-making.
• Maintain daily/weekly MIS on lead status, follow-ups, and conversion ratios.
• Share insights on lead quality and campaign performance with marketing teams.
• Ensure targets related to lead conversion and site visit scheduling are achieved.

Qualification & Experience:

• Education: Graduate in any discipline
• Experience: 1–3 years of experience in real estate presales, customer service, or telemarketing.
