Telecaller

Abi Scans and Labs is looking for a Telecaller to handle patient calls, schedule appointments, and provide information about diagnostic services. The candidate should have good communication skills, a polite attitude, and basic computer knowledge.

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound patient calls
• Book and confirm appointments
• Provide information about lab tests and scan services
• Maintain call records and follow-ups

Requirements:

• Good communication skills (Tamil/English preferred)
• Basic computer knowledge
• Customer-friendly approach
• Prior telecalling experience is a plus
