As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for handling customer queries and providing them with the best possible solutions. Responsibilities: Making outbound calls to customers to promote our products and services Handling customer queries and providing them with the best possible solutions Maintaining customer databases and updating them on a regular basis Achieving daily and weekly targets (if any) Keeping track of customer feedback and sharing it with the management Following up with customers to ensure their satisfaction Handling any complaints or issues that arise during the course of the conversation Performing other duties as assigned by the management Requirements: Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (knowledge of any other regional language is a plus) Ability to handle customer queries with patience and empathy Good typing speed and computer knowledge Ability to work in a team and collaborate effectively Prior experience in customer service is a plus, but not mandatory Should be willing to work from 10 AM to 6 PM, with Saturday and Sunday week off We offer a competitive salary package, a friendly work environment, and opportunities for growth and learning.
