🎯 Job Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and result-driven Telecallers / Telesales Executives who can handle leads, explain our courses, and convert inquiries into admissions. This role is ideal for candidates who are confident in communication and passionate about sales.

🧾 Roles & Responsibilities

• Call potential leads from provided database
• Explain courses (Digital Marketing, UI/UX, AI, etc.) clearly
• Convert leads into admissions / sales
• Handle inbound & outbound calls
• Follow up with interested candidates regularly
• Maintain call records and update CRM
• Achieve daily & monthly sales targets
• Coordinate with counselling and marketing team

🧠 Requirements

• Good communication skills (Tamil + Basic English)
• Strong convincing and negotiation skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel / CRM tools
• Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset
• Freshers with strong communication can apply

💼 Preferred Candidates

• Experience in telecalling / telesales / customer support
• Education industry experience is a plus
• Immediate joiners preferred
