Job Description
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote and sell company products.
- Clearly explain product features, pricing, and benefits to customers.
- Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable glove products based on their needs.
- Follow up on customer inquiries, quotations, and leads to close sales deals.
- Coordinate with the factory production team and transport department for order processing and customer PO closing.
- Provide regular feedback to management regarding market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Use CRM and other digital tools to track leads, manage customer data, and monitor sales performance.
- Prepare and submit daily and weekly sales reports to management.
- Create and share basic promotional posts for marketing and customer engagement.
- English communication is most important; proficiency in Hindi, Malayalam, or other regional languages will be an added advantage.
