Job Description
Female Telecalling executive at Coimbatore
1.Handle outbound and inbound calls, emails, and chat support for the brand, coordinate with logistic partners collect information, and document it.
2. Resolve complaints and issues efficiently and effectively.
3. Have a strong understanding of products to provide accurate information.
4. Document customer interactions and feedback in the system.
5. Work with other team members to coordinate, resolve, and improve customer service.
It is a Full Time Monday to Saturday 9.00 to 6.00 job for candidates with experience.
The candidate should have Basic English skills and sound communication skills for this job.
