We at The Maark Trendz, are Hiring for the Role of CRM (Tellecalling) in Coimbatore.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Should be able to pitch our products and Service
• Conduct outbound calls to potential clients/customers to promote our products/services
• Handle inbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, and providing information about our offerings.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication.
• Achieve targets for outbound calls and lead generation.
• Generate and present reports related to telesales activities and administrative tasks.
• Provide regular updates to management on call performance and achievements.

Candidate Requirements:

Any Graduates with Good English communication and typing skills with Minimum 1 Year of Experience in Relevant Field
