Make outbound cold calls to prospective clients from provided databases.

Handle inbound calls and provide comprehensive information about various real estate properties, including features, pricing, and locations.

Build and maintain positive relationships with potential buyers.

Conduct timely follow-ups with leads to gauge interest, address questions, and provide additional information.

Maintain and update accurate records of client interactions and lead status to the reporting manager.

Coordinate and schedule appointments for site visits and meetings between potential clients and Business Development Managers.

Work closely with the tele calling team to convert qualified leads into sales opportunities.
