Telecalling Executive

We are hiring for an Outbound Executive role based out of Coimbatore.

Looking for candidates with 1+ year of experience in outbound calling/sales with strong communication skills and a target-driven mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads

• Follow up on leads and drive conversions and revenue

• Maintain accurate data in CRM and track daily performance

• Ensure quality of calls, proper pitch, and customer handling

• Coordinate with internal teams for lead flow and campaign support

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in outbound sales/telecalling

• Strong communication and persuasion skills

• Basic knowledge of CRM/tools and MS Excel

• Ability to work in a target-driven environment

• Good follow-up and customer handling skills
