Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Customer support Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling financial products and services through the DSA channel by generating leads and converting them into successful applications.

Key Responsibilities

Promote and sell financial products to potential customers.

Generate leads through , references, and cold calling.

Explain financial products features, benefits, and eligibility criteria to customers.

Assist customers in completing application forms and documentation.

Achieve monthly sales targets assigned by the company.

Maintain strong relationships with customers and partners.

Ensure proper KYC documentation and follow company policies.

Requirements

Minimum Degree qualification
