Job Description :

• We are currently seeking a friendly and energetic individual to join our team as a Business Development Executive in the Higher Education industry. In this role, you will be responsible for contacting prospective students to promote our educational programs and guide them through the enrollment process.
• As a Business Development Executive, you will play a crucial role in spreading awareness about our Consultancy and assisting potential students in achieving their educational goals. You will build rapport with potential students over the phone, answering their questions, addressing any concerns and providing accurate information about our programs and admission requirements. Your friendliness, patience, and excellent communication skills will be essential in establishing and maintaining positive relationships with prospective students and parents.

Responsibilities :

• Make outbound calls and receive inbound calls to prospective students/parents and engage them in conversations about our educational programs
• Provide information about admission requirements, course offerings, and other relevant details
• Listen to students needs and offer appropriate solutions and program recommendations
• Maintain accurate records of all communication and follow-up activities in the Google Sheets
• Achieve Weekly,Monthly and Quarterly call targets and admission targets to contribute to the overall enrollment goals.
• Build rapport and establish a professional relationship with prospective students and parents
• Identify and prioritise high-potential leads for further follow-up.
• To coordinate with the hierarchy to make the targets achieved.
• Maintain the office atmosphere calm and composed
• Able to work for Incentive based on admissions to have an immense Growth in life.

Requirements :

• Previous experience in cold calling or sales is preferred
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities
• Sound knowledge of the higher education industry and admission processes
• Ability to work independently and meet targets
• Proficiency in using google sheets ,social media management tools and email marketing platforms.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Availability to work flexible working hours, including evenings and weekends, if required

Salary Range :

Fixed Pay : 15000 - 20000 / Month

Variable Pay : 15000 - 3000 / Month

Earning Potential : 50000 / Month
