Telecalling Executive

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective students from provided leads

Handle inbound inquiries professionally and convert them into appointments

Explain our overseas education services and programs clearly

Maintain consistent and accurate follow-ups with prospects

Update lead status in CRM and report daily call activities

Achieve weekly/monthly targets for calls, conversions, and appointments

Provide excellent customer service and build strong rapport with students

Excellent communication skills in English (additional language skills a plus)

Confidence in speaking over the phone

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / CRM systems)

Energetic, target-oriented, and disciplined
