Telecalling Executive

Job Responsibilities • Make outbound calls to candidates for insurance agent recruitment • Explain job roles, benefits, and earning opportunities • Handle inbound calls and candidate queries • Follow up with interested candidates and schedule interviews/training • Maintain call records and achieve daily/monthly targets Eligibility & Requirements • Qualification: 12th Pass (Mandatory), Graduates Preferred • Freshers welcome; telecalling experience is an added advantage • Good communication skills in Tamil (basic English preferred) • Willingness to work with targets
