Telecalling Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Telecalling Executive to join our interior design firm. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential clients, generating leads, fixing appointments for design consultations, and maintaining client follow-ups.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential customers from provided databases/leads.
• Explain company services (residential & commercial interior design solutions).
• Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for designers.
• Follow up with existing and new enquiries.
• Maintain and update client databases (CRM/Excel).
• Handle inbound enquiries professionally.
• Coordinate with the design and sales team for client meetings.
• Achieve monthly lead generation and appointment targets.
