Job Role : Tele-calling Agent
Qualification : 12th Pass and Above
Salary : 16000
Location : Coimbatore.
Job Responsibilities:
Make and handle call,
- Collecting feedback and maintaining data
- Perform data entry whenever require
- Make follow-up calls to ensure closures.
Required Skills:
- Basic computer operating knowledge.
- Familiarity with MS Office (Word, Excel).
- Normal typing speed and accuracy.
- Good communication and listening skills.
- Ability to work with discipline and meet deadlines.
- Language ; Speak and understand Tamil (mandatory) and english
