Gym Front Office & Sales Manager (Graduate Only)Job OverviewWe are looking for a professional and energetic Graduate to lead our Front Office and Tele-calling department. This role is perfect for someone who is great at talking to people, highly organized, and motivated by sales targets. You will be the "voice" of our gym on the phone and the "face" of our gym at the reception.

• Salary & Earnings Monthly Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 (Based on experience and interview).
• Performance Incentives: Up to 2% Commission on overall sales/revenue.
• Total Potential: Earn up to ₹35000+ per month including incentives.

Shift TimingsCandidates must be flexible to work in either of the following shifts:

• Morning Shift: 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• Evening Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• Key Responsibilities
• Tele-calling: Converting leads and inquiries into active gym memberships.
• Front Desk: Greeting members, handling walk-ins, and managing gym software/entries.
• Sales Target: Achieving monthly membership and renewal targets.
• Administration: Handling fee collections, basic Excel reporting, and member feedback.
• Eligibility Criteria
• Education: Graduate (Any Stream).
• Experience: 1+ years in Sales, Front Office, or Tele-calling (Gym/Hospitality experience preferred).
• Skills: Fluency in English & Tamil
• Basic Computer Knowledge (MS Excel/Word).
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
