Telesales- Voice Process

Qualification: 12th, Diploma any graduate 

Fresher or experienced

Language: Candidate should be fluent in English, and regional languge

6 Days working, day rotational, week off

Shift: 8 am to 8 pm for females and 8 am to 12 am for males 

Work from the Office

Roles & Responsibility

Client acquisition: Identify potential clients through various channels, such as networking, cold calls, and referrals, and build strong, long-term relationships. 

Needs assessment: Analyze clients' situations to understand their potential risks and recommend the most suitable insurance policies. 

Sales and consultation: Explain policy features, benefits, terms, and costs. Assist clients in selecting and purchasing the right coverage. 

Policy administration: Process new policies, handle renewals and amendments, and make modifications to existing plans as needed. 

Customer service: Provide ongoing support, answer client questions, and ensure client satisfaction.
