Telesales

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our telesales team. The candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, explaining our products/services, and generating sales over the phone.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
• Introduce company products/services and explain features clearly
• Generate leads and convert them into sales
• Maintain customer database and update call records
• Follow up with customers for closures and feedback
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
• Handle customer queries and provide accurate information
• Requirements
• Fresher or up to 6 months of experience in telesales/telecalling
• Good communication skills (Tamil & basic English preferred)
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel / CRM is a plus)
• Strong convincing and negotiation skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
