Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales Coordinator – Back Office to support our sales team through lead management, customer coordination, and CRM updates. The ideal candidate will play a key role in enhancing customer engagement and ensuring smooth sales operations.

Roles & Responsibilities

Generate qualified leads from various online lead sourcing platforms and business directories.

Conduct initial screening and qualification calls with prospective customers.

Maintain accurate and timely updates in CRM software.

Allocate qualified leads to the respective field sales officers based on zone/territory.

Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through customer retention and relationship management activities.

Coordinate with sales, service, and management teams to ensure smooth order follow-up.

Maintain daily/weekly/monthly sales reports for management review. (optional addition if you want)

Required Skills & Qualifications

Any degree (Preferred: Business / Marketing / Administration).

1–3 years of experience in sales coordination / tele-sales / customer support (freshers can also apply if skilled).

Excellent communication skills in Telugu, Kannada, Hindi, Tamil & English.

Basic computer knowledge & hands-on experience in MS Office / CRM tools.

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under timelines.
