Telesales Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telesales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, explaining products or services, and generating sales over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:

* Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.

* Explain company products/services and their benefits.

* Generate leads and convert them into sales.

* Maintain customer records and update the CRM or database.

* Follow up with customers for inquiries and closing sales.

* Handle customer questions and provide accurate information.

* Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Requirements:

* Good communication and convincing skills.

* Basic computer knowledge.

* Ability to handle customer objections.

* Positive attitude and sales mindset.

* Experience in telesales or telecalling is an added advantage.
