Job Description

Minimum 6 months of experience as a Telecaller or any similar role is Preferred
Strong verbal communication, active listening, and persuasive skills.Inform customers about the company's products/services and offers
Identify customers’ needs and wants, clarifying information whenever possible
Ability to be on the phone for a long time and familiar with using Dialer systems
