🔹 About the RoleSkolarrs Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an enthusiastic and goal-oriented Sales & Marketing (Telesales) Executive to join our dynamic education consulting team. The candidate will play a vital role in guiding students towards their higher education goals in India and abroad.

• 🔹 Key ResponsibilitiesCounsel students on education opportunities in India and abroad, including country, course, university, and program selection.
• Manage outbound and inbound calls to promote educational services and convert leads into admissions.
• Guide students through application and visa procedures for overseas education.
• Assess students’ academic abilities, interests, and career goals to recommend suitable programs.
• Maintain regular communication with students and parents throughout the counselling process.
• Work towards achieving individual and team targets while ensuring high-quality service delivery.
• 🔹 Skills & QualificationsMinimum 1 year of experience in the Education / Domestic / Overseas Consultancy field, or freshers with good communication skills.
• Excellent communication skills in Tamil and English.
• Strong sales and persuasive abilities with a customer-centric approach.
• Good knowledge of admission and visa processes for major study destinations.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
