Telesales Executive

📍 Job Role:Tele Sales Executive

• 🎯 Responsibilities:Handle inbound & outbound calls for tour packages and travel insurance
• Explain domestic & international tour packages clearly to customers
• Promote and sell travel insurance plans (tourist, family, individual)
• Understand customer needs and suggest suitable tour + insurance options
• Follow up on leads generated from Facebook, WhatsApp, website & ads
• Maintain proper customer records and follow-up status
• Close sales and achieve monthly sales targets
• Coordinate with operations team for booking confirmation & documentation
• Provide basic support for visa, flights, and tour queries
• 🧠 Skills Required:Good communication skills (English + local language preferred)
• Basic knowledge of tour packages & travel insurance
• Convincing and negotiation skills
• Ability to handle customer objections politely
• Sales-oriented mindset
• 🎓 Qualification:Any graduate / diploma (travel & tourism preferred)
• Freshers with good communication can apply
• Experience in tele sales / travel industry is an added advantage
