Telesales Executive

Job Overview:We are looking for a dynamic Telesales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, pitching real estate properties, and closing deals over the phone. You will play a key role in driving sales growth by building relationships with potential buyers and investors.

Key Responsibilities:✅ Lead Generation & Follow-up:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers from the database.
• Follow up with leads generated through online/offline campaigns.

✅ Sales & Client Handling:

• Explain property details, benefits, and investment potential to prospective clients.
• Understand client requirements and suggest suitable real estate options.
• Fix appointments for site visits with the field sales team.
• Maintain a professional and persuasive approach in client conversations.

✅ CRM & Reporting:

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Update the sales pipeline and follow up on pending leads.
• Prepare and share daily call reports with the sales manager.

✅ Target Achievement & Coordination:

• Work towards achieving weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Coordinate with the field sales team to ensure smooth client visits and deal closures.
• Stay updated with market trends and property listings.

Skills & Qualifications:✔️ Proven experience in telesales, inside sales, or telecalling (real estate experience is a plus).

✔️ Strong communication and persuasion skills in Tamil & English (other languages are a plus).

✔️ Ability to handle objections and negotiate effectively.

✔️ Good knowledge of CRM software, MS Excel, and lead tracking.

✔️ Self-motivated, target-driven, and confident in handling sales calls.
