Territory Sales Manager-LOANS AGAINST GOLD-Marketing Branches Operations
The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the Loans Against Gold business in assigned territories. This role involves leading and motivating a team of sales professionals, ensuring effective sales strategies, and achieving business goals. The manager will work closely with branches and operations teams to enhance customer experience and drive business growth.- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing mentorship and guidance.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets and goals.
- Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the Loans Against Gold market.
- Ensure high-quality customer service and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Collaborate with branches and operations teams to streamline processes and enhance customer experience.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.
- Identify training needs and facilitate skill development within the team.
- Maintain accurate records and generate reports on sales performance and market trends.
- Ensure compliance with bank policies and regulations in all sales activities.
- Stay updated with industry developments and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a team.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in using sales and customer relationship management tools.
- Knowledge of Loans Against Gold products and services is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territories.
- Flexibility to work extended hours as per business needs.
