Summary: As a Test Automation Engineer, you will transform testing into a continuous and efficient end-to-end quality engineering function through the use of quality processes, tools, and methodologies significantly improving control, accuracy, and integrity. You will evolve more predictive and intelligent testing approaches based on automation and innovative testing products and solutions. Your typical day will involve implementing quality processes, utilizing automation tools, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality software products. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Conduct thorough testing of software applications to ensure quality and reliability. - Develop and execute automated test scripts using testing frameworks. - Identify and report defects, and work with development teams to resolve them. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define testing strategies and ensure test coverage. - Create and maintain test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test scripts. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Warehouse ETL Testing. - Experience with SQL and database querying. - Strong understanding of software testing principles and methodologies. - Knowledge of test automation frameworks and tools. - Experience with test management tools such as JIRA or HP ALM. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Data Warehouse ETL Testing. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - Full Time Education is required.
