Long Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the commodity purchasing team in day-to-day procurement activities
• Support data analysis related to pricing, cost trends, and supplier performance
• Prepare and maintain purchase reports, trackers, and dashboards using Power BI & MS Excel
• Assist in vendor communication for RFQs, order follow-ups, and documentation.
• Help in maintaining procurement records and compliance documentation
• Coordinate with internal teams such as engineering, VA/VE, and quality
• Participate in cost-reduction and sourcing initiatives as assigned

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical / Metallurgy / Mechatronics / Automobile / Production / Manufacturing
• Basic understanding of purchasing, supply chain, or procurement concepts
• Proficiency in MS Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis) & Power BI.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills
• Good communication and coordination abilities
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
