Job Summary: We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Technical Trainers (Python or Java Specialised) to deliver high-quality training sessions to our students. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Python programming, excellent teaching skills, and a passion for helping others learn and grow in their careers. Key Responsibilities: • 0-2 years of experience with hands on knowledge in Java or Python domain. • Develop and deliver comprehensive Python or Java Training to students of varying skill levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners. • Create engaging and effective course materials, including presentations, exercises, projects, and assessments. • Conduct live training sessions, workshops, and seminars, both in-person and online, ensuring a hands-on and interactive learning experience. • Provide mentorship and support to students, guiding them through complex concepts and practical applications of Python or Java. • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in Java or Python and related technologies, incorporating new knowledge into training programs. • Evaluate student progress through assessments, assignments, and feedback, providing constructive feedback to help them improve. • Collaborate with other trainers and team members to continuously improve training programs and materials. • Participate in marketing and outreach activities to promote training programs and attract new students. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus. • Proven experience as a Python developer or Java Developer and/or Java Trainer or Python trainer, with a strong portfolio of projects and/or training engagements. • In-depth knowledge of Python programming language and its libraries, frameworks, and tools (e.g., Spring boot/Hibernate/Flask/Django/NumPy/Pandas). • Familiarity with other programming languages and technologies is a plus. • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner. • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple training sessions and projects simultaneously. • Passion for teaching and helping others succeed in their learning journey. • Experience with e-learning platforms and online training tools is preferred. • Ability to adapt training methods and materials to meet the diverse needs of students.
