Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and organized Training Coordinator to join our dynamic team at iGenuine Learning, a placement training services provider. The Training Coordinator will play a pivotal role in coordinating and facilitating training programs aimed at enhancing the employability skills of our participants.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and schedule training sessions.
• Communicate training schedules, objectives, and logistics to trainers, and other stakeholders effectively.
• Assist in the development and customization of training materials, presentations, and modules based on participant needs and program requirements.
• Maintain accurate training records, including attendance, evaluations, and feedback from participants and trainers.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback surveys, assessments, and follow-up discussions with participants and client’s training coordinators.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and technological advancements in placement training and career development.

Qualifications:

• UG / PG in any specialization.
• Proven experience of minimum 2 years as a Training Coordinator or similar role, preferably in a placement training company or education sector.
• Willingness and flexibility to travel and stay overnight as required for training sessions.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple training programs and deadlines concurrently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse groups of trainers, and internal stakeholders.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, with a proactive and problem-solving attitude.
