Travel Consultant Cum Sales Executive

TRAVEL CONSULTANT & CUSTOMER SERVICE STAFF

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with travel bookings (flights, hotels, visas, tours, etc.) ✈️
• Provide excellent customer service through phone, email, and in-person support 💬
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly 🤝
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel packages, visa rules, and promotions 🌍
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams for smooth operations 📋

Requirements:

• Experience in travel or customer service field preferred
• Good communication skills in English (Arabic or other languages an advantage)
• Computer literacy (MS Office, booking systems)
• Positive attitude and teamwork skills
