Job Description:

As a Sales Manager, your role will involve designing and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve assigned targets. You will conduct regular meetings to set sales objectives and streamline processes for smooth sales operations. Building and managing relationships with business associates, channel partners, and customers will be a key responsibility. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing and motivating the sales team to achieve targets, empaneling new dealers, and allocating resources. Ensuring compliance with processes and documentation, as well as overseeing FI, agreement execution, and credit approval processes, will be crucial. You will also play a vital role in training and developing the sales team to meet targeted numbers.
