Two-Wheeler Service Technician

Key Responsibilities

Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, electrical, or electronic systems and equipment.

Perform routine preventive maintenance and safety checks on machinery or systems.

Diagnose issues accurately and recommend effective repair solutions.

Install new equipment and ensure proper setup and functionality.

Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and parts used.

Provide technical support and training to customers on product use and maintenance.

Follow all safety procedures and company policies while working on-site or in-house.

Communicate clearly with customers and internal teams about job progress, issues, and timelines.

Order and maintain an inventory of spare parts and tools as required.
