Vehicle Technician

Key Responsibilities

• Advanced Diagnostics & Repair: Troubleshooting and repairing engine, electrical, and mechanical components, including EFI and ABS systems.
• Technical Leadership: Mentoring junior mechanics, providing technical guidance, and overseeing workshop efficiency.
• Quality Assurance: Conducting final inspection and test rides to ensure zero-complaint service.
• Customer Interaction: Liaising with service advisors to update customers, explain technical issues, and provide solutions.
• Documentation: Preparing accurate service records, job cards, and maintenance reports.
• Workshop Maintenance: Managing workshop tools, equipment, and maintaining a clean work area. 

Qualifications and Skills

• Experience: Minimum 5–10 years of experience as a technician, preferably in a dealership environment.
• Education: ITI or Diploma in Mechanical/Automobile Engineering.
• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of two-wheeler engines, fuel systems, and electrical systems.
• Licensing: Valid driver's license for two-wheelers.
