Veterinary Health Manager

Responsibilities

Diagnose problems - observe goats and report their health problems

Goats health mangement - give medicines, vaccines, carryout postmortems, etc.

Responsible for operations such as tagging goats, everuday counting, etc.

Use Slack fluently

Upload health videos on time

Arrage/buy medicines from local vendors

Must extend workign hours in emergency cases

Qualification

Minimum 1 year of experience in a startup (hustled in the past)

Bachelor’s degree preferably in veterinary science, agriculture, horticulture, or engineering

Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data-driven decision making.

Expertise in handling operations

Leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.

Ownership and common sense are mandatory
