Key Responsibilities:

• Shoot and capture video content related to health, medical education, wellness, and lifestyle topics.
• Edit videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube videos, and other social media platforms ensuring high engagement and reach.
• Create short, attention-grabbing, and visually appealing reels optimized for trends and algorithms.
• Manage the entire video production process from planning, shooting, editing, and publishing within the specified deadlines.
• Report daily progress and maintain open communication with the team.
• Suggest innovative ideas for content creation and improvement.
• Actively participate in brainstorming sessions to plan content calendars.
• Assist in basic social media management like posting, caption writing, and trend analysis.
• Skills Required:Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar.
• Strong experience in creating Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and longer YouTube videos.
• Knowledge of social media trends, viral content strategies, and audience engagement techniques.
• Basic understanding of framing, lighting, and audio capture for professional-looking videos.
• Ability to edit videos quickly while maintaining quality.
• Creativity in storytelling, transitions, and motion effects.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools, styles, and strategies.
• Preferred Qualifications:1–3 years of experience in videography and editing (freshers with exceptional portfolios are welcome).
• Basic graphic designing skills are a plus (Canva, Photoshop for thumbnails).
• Experience in handling social media pages is an added advantage.
