What EXACTLY this person will do

1) Video & Shooting:

- Shoot Reels / Shorts (iPhone + basic camera work)

- Handle angles, lighting, framing (not cinema-level, but clean & sharp)

- Shoot:

- - Talking videos (you speaking)

- - Product videos (Aguaclan / PPS)

- - On-site shoots (office, factory, service visits)

2) Editing

- Edit Instagram Reels & YouTube Shorts

- Add:

- - Clean captions

- - Background music

- - Simple transitions

- - Brand colors 

- - Deliver daily

3) Social Media Handling

- Upload content on:

- Instagram

- YouTube Shorts

- Write basic captions + hashtags

- Maintain posting consistency

- Coordinate with me on content ideas

4) SKILLS

MUST HAVE

- Mobile video shooting (iPhone) or CAM

- Reels / Shorts editing (CapCut / VN / Premiere Pro / Final Cut – any one)

- Instagram knowledge (hooks, trends, timing)

- Willing to learn + fast execution

5) Experience Level

- 0.5 – 2 years experience

6) Salary Range

Fixed Salary Model

- ₹12,000 – ₹18,000 / month (fresher)

- ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 / month (good editor + shooter)

Growth-based Model

- Base salary + performance bonus

- Bonus linked to:
